How Stress is Located With NeuroEnergetic Kinesiology?

Hand modes / mudras

Neuroenergetic Kinesiology uses a combination of finger modes (mudras) and acu-points known as ‘formats’ that allows the practitioner (me) to access the stress and its specific location. Formats have a way of communicating with the client’s subconscious, as to which anatomy, physiology or energy system we are working with. The information to the subconscious is clear, direct and void of any interference from the client or practitioner when using formats.

Mudras are known to enhance the energy flow to specific areas, depending on the hand position held. Predominantly used in yoga and meditation as a form of non-verbal communication, encouraging flow within our energy systems. Acu-points from traditional Chinese medicine are similar, in that they encourage the energy flow through our meridian channels, either through acupressure (lightly touching the point) or acupuncture (needles lightly inserted into the meridian channels). The combination or these are formats that allows the practitioner to communicate clearing with the client’s subconscious as to location and quality of the stress and receive a clear reading from the client’s indicator muscle.

Founder of Neuroenergetic Kinesiology Hugo Tobar has further developed Richard Utt’s original discovery of the formatting system, and American scientist Charles Krebs work on the brain and nervous system who developed LEAP (Learning Enhancement Acupuncture Programme). Hugo Tobar has taken their work to the next level, creating one of the most comprehensive and advanced kinesiology systems in the world. With a thorough understanding of the human body, disease, science and energy systems, Hugo Tobar has developed an extensive list of formatting that complement his protocols that allows practitioners to get specific on what anatomy, physiology or system pathway needs attention.
