Cancellation policy
Cancellations and rescheduling for all appointments across all clinics and online, must be made with a minimum 24 hours notice of your appointment or you will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Your notice allows me time to offer your time slot to another client in need of care.
Please note below our different payment policies for in-person and online Kinesiology Consultations to secure your appointment.
Kinesiology Consultations (In-person)
50% payment at the time of booking is required to secure all Initial Kinesiology Consultation (in-person) at our clinics. This is fully refundable with a minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation.
Appointments made via phone or email will be required to make this payment to secure your booking. An invoice will be sent via email or text, requesting 50% payment within 48 hours of the payment request being sent. If payment is not received within 48 hours, your appointment will be cancelled.
Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours notice of your appointment, will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Kinesiology Consultations (Online)
Full payment at the time of booking is required to secure all Online Kinesiology Consultations.
Appointments made via phone or email will be required to make this payment to secure your booking. An invoice will be sent via email or text, requesting full payment within 48 hours of the payment request being sent. If payment is not received within 48 hours, your appointment will be cancelled.
Cancellations and rescheduling with more than 24 hours notice of your appointment, can be issued a full refund.
Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours notice of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The remainder of your upfront payment can be refunded to you or held for a future booking.
