Kinesiology Clinic in Melbourne’s Yarra Ranges
NeuroEnergetic Kinesiology is a powerful tool to identify and release stress from your system.
I’m Elise, and my passion is helping people live happier, healthier and more empowered lives. Our emotions, thoughts, beliefs and experiences play a huge role in our physical health. Kinesiology delves deep, working with your subconscious and bringing to your awareness the stress that’s contributing to your health issue.

Benefits of Kinesiology
An iceberg is my favourite analogy to describe what kinesiology does. The underwater depths of the iceberg, the hidden stuff, is our unconscious and influences us and the decisions we make. It has the best intentions to keep us safe, but that judgement may not be coming from our most empowered place, which is preventing good health and healing. My passion is to help people identify and diffuse the stress that’s happening under the surface, contributing to the energy block that’s keeping us stuck.
Some areas of health Kinesiology can support with
Female reproductive issues
Short and long-term stress, burnout
Body pain
Confidence issues
Anxiety, emotional overwhelm, grief
